Charles A. Dukes Award for Outstanding Volunteer Service
This honor is presented to alumni volunteers who have served in Duke leadership roles and have acted beyond their role to help Duke further its mission. Selections are made from nominations submitted each year by staff members from the alumni and development offices. Nominators should describe in detail how their candidates have excelled in their volunteer position. For more info, click here.
Forever Duke Award
The new Forever Duke Awards, to be presented for the first time at Homecoming 2009, recognize individual alums each year for their excellent volunteer service to Duke, the DAA, and other alumni groups. Selection places a particular emphasis on volunteer roles played in the recent past, in contrast to the C.A. Dukes Award, which recognizes recurrent and longstanding commitment and service to Duke.
